JUJITSU- Literally meaning the “art of softness”, is a collective name for Japanese martial art styles consisting of grappling and striking techniques. Jujitsu evolved among the Samurai of feudal Japan as a method for dispatching an armed and armored opponent in situations where the use of weapons were impractical or forbidden.
CAPOEIRA - A folk art that ritualizes movement from martial arts, games and dance. It emerged in Brazil some time after the 16th century. Participants form a roda or (circle) and take turns either playing musical instruments (such as the Berimbau), singing or ritually sparring in pairs in the center of the circle.
CARDIO KICKBOXING - A sport specific equipment based fitness program. The original circuit training format was developed to help promote the sport of kickboxing
